The NOVUS Health patient portal through Healow is a convenient way to view upcoming appointments, access your health records, check lab results, message your provider, and much more. Getting set up with your own patient portal account is simple and only takes a few steps.
- Check in with our helpful front desk staff to make sure your email address is on file in our system
- Once they have your correct email address, they can “web enable” you to give you access to the portal
- After you are web enabled, you should receive an automated email with your user ID and a link to set up your portal account
- Download the free Healow app from Google Play or the Apple App Store
- When prompted, enter our unique healthcare provider code: GAFHCD
- Log into the app with your portal credentials
If you already have a patient portal account but do not remember your password, please ask the front desk staff to reset your password, and this will send a reset link to your email.
