Healthy Holidays Medicaid Enrollment Event

Let us help you apply for Medicaid or a Marketplace plan. The NOVUS Community Health/Prevention Team will be at St. Patrick’s Center on Thursday December 15th from 1-4pm. We’ll have holiday grab bags for attendees so be sure to stop by!
Please bring your:
- ID/Driver’s license
- Proof of household income, such as recent paystubs or W-2s
- Social security number
