The Health & Wellness Expo is FREE health expo held at the Osage Centre in Cape Girardeau. This event features screenings, group fitness demos, food samplings, cooking demos, seminars, senior living information and vendors! Special screenings include blood pressure, cardiovascular risks, body mass index, postural analysis, vision and hearing testing, flexibility and endurance testing and girth measurements. Sarah has a background in nonprofit administration and internet marketing. She received her bachelor’s in Communications from Hannibal-LaGrange University, and her master’s in Nutrition & Human Performance from Logan University.
