Introducing Novus health Care memberships!
In keeping with our mission to provide quality care to our community, we are excited to introduce our new Care Memberships! While not a complete replacement for health insurance, these plans are able to cover most of your basic medical needs for the year. Our hope is to be able to provide an affordable option for people who would not otherwise be able to afford medical care on a regular basis.
These plans cover the basic services, visits and lab work needed for annual health and wellness. They are very customizable (just call us!) and even come with additional benefits such as priority scheduling for members.
While these plans are created to assist in reducing primary care cost, they do not cover critical care including hospitalization, ER or urgent care services. Prescription medication is not included in plans other than PrEP, however, NOVUS will work to negotiate discount pricing for any medication prescribed under these plans and if filled at our in-house pharmacy.
These plans make the most sense for:
- Existing NOVUS patients who are currently self-pay
- People who may be losing their insurance soon
- Healthier people or people with well-managed chronic health conditions
- Someone who needs insurance for a short period of time
- People who make too much to qualify for Medicaid
Essential Care
$100/month
The Essential Care plan covers the basic services, visits and lab work needed for annual wellness.
What’s included?
- 1 Annual Wellness visit
- 3 basic medical visits
- 2 telehealth visits
- 1 full set of labs
- Individual labs as needed (cap applies)
- Sick visit calls as needed
- 2 EKG
- 2 general X-rays
- 1 annual flu vaccine
Essential Care Plus +
$250/month
The Essential Care PLUS plan covers everything that the Essential Care plan above does, and also includes chiropractic services, massage therapy visits, and behavioral health therapy.
What’s included?
- Everything in the Essential Care plan
- 10 chiropractic service visits (annually)
- 5 massage therapy visits (annually)
- 12 behavioral health therapy sessions (30 min each) (annually)
Prep Care
$50/month (or $125/quarter)
Our PrEP plan covers the initial assesment and labs, as well as quarterly follow up appointments and the medication you need to stay protected.

- 1 initial visit & assessment
- 1 set of initial labs
- 3 quarterly visits with labs
- Phone & Healow follow-up as needed
- Monthly medication (no injectable)

We are here to answer your most frequently asked questions about how our new Care Membership plans work, and what they cover.
Are these the only plans you offer?
These are our standards plans. However, we can create a custom plan to fit your individual medical needs. You can also add-on or remove services as needed.
Can I add-on or remove individual services?
Yes, you can opt out of any individual services or add on services not listed above. We will work with you to meet your individual medical needs and create a plan to fit.
How does payment work?
Fees include all the above services and are payable by the 5th of each month credit card only. (Monthly auto pay will be set up for Membership). The monthly fee is payable to NOVUS Health. Other internal providers will be reimbursed by NOVUS per usage. Additional sessions or visits can be purchased at additional fee rates.
Can I purchase any of these services separately?
Yes, Chiropractic, Massage, and Behavioral Health services can also be purchased separately.
How do I cancel my membership?
We require 60 days notice to cancel membership.
Can I pay quarterly and save on the monthly fee?
Yes, for our PrEP plan you can pay $200 quarterly (every 3 months) and save.
What benefits do members receive?
In addition to access to our specialty services, we also offer members priority scheduling over non-members. All membership levels receive discount tickets to our annual event and first invitations to other events sponsored by NOVUS.
Can I be refunded for services I don't use?
No, we do not refund services.
Do the membership plans work at both Novus locations?
Yes, however we only offer massage therapy and chiropractic services at our S. Grand location. All other services are available at both S. Grand and Novus on the Northside!
Do these plans cover hospitalization?
No, critical care, hospitalization, ER or urgent care services are not covered in our membership plans.
Do these plans include medication?
