Need health insurance? Want to know more about coverage? Low income? Looking for low costs? We got you covered! Come to our Medicaid Enrollment Assistance event from 1pm-4pm on Tuesday October 18th. We’ll be at Fairground Park at Natural Bridge and Kossuth, St. Louis 63107.
Enjoy free snacks and be sure to bring your:
- ID/driver’s license
- Proof of household income, such as recent paystubs or W-2s
- Social security number
