NOVUS Health is pleased to announce Tara Spates-Tucker, Chief Operating Officer, has been selected as one of 32 cohorts for FOCUS St. Louis’ 2023 Women in Leadership.

This program offers professionals the chance to gain a deeper understanding of the St. Louis region while strengthening their leadership skills. For over 40 years, FOCUS St. Louis has graduated over 11,000 alumni from its leadership programs.

Tara had this to say about the program, “I am truly honored and humbled to have been accepted into FOCUS St. Louis Women in Leadership Cohort 78. This is ‘MY TIME’ of transformation to focus on tools, resources, and relationships. I look forward to exuding increased confidence and showing up for myself personally and professionally.  As a new COO for NOVUS Health, this unique opportunity will allow me to network with a diverse mix of women across sectors. As a newer resident of the metropolitan area, I look forward to exploring and absorbing everything that St. Louis has to offer.  I am ready to jump in mind, body, and soul, and I know I will not leave the same as when I arrived.”

“It is a true privilege to work side-by-side with such a transformative leader.  Tara’s knowledge and dedication to the mission and vision of our organization has established her as a leader in and outside of NOVUS Health,” said Dale R. Wrigley, Chief Executive Officer.
